Increase Standard Knowledge Across the Organization
A transportation and logistics service provider wanted to enhance the financial acumen of leaders and individual contributors throughout the organization.
We worked closely with company leadership to define and scope metrics relevant to key groups within the organization. This information was used to develop a series of two-day financial acumen workshops.
Result: a common language was created across the organization.

Talent Development for High-Potential Leaders
A multibillion dollar specialty services organization wanted to accelerate development of its high-potential leaders.
We created a 9-module, 18-month, 27-day high-potential leadership development program that included action learning projects and covered topics like finance, systems thinking, organization transformation and culture.
Result: the program expanded individual awareness and capabilities and has become an integral part of the talent development process.

Elevate Skills and Connections for Supervisors and Managers
A global technology and engineering organization wanted to elevate the skills and create new employee connections for 350 supervisory, managerial and leadership roles through an internal leadership symposium.
Working collectively with the company's symposium developers, we created a series of 90-minute faculty-led workshops that were introduced into the content of the symposium.
Result: an integrated and highly-rated symposium that provided access to networking and skill development for attendees.

Help a New Leadership Team Evolve Quickly
A large manufacturing organization needed its new leadership team to get a "fast start" on collaboration.
We developed and launched a 10-day program to get the new team from "forming" to "performing" in record time. It included individual assessments and coaching, as well as building peer coaching capabilities.
Result: the program created leader self-awareness, enhanced team capabilities, and expanded general business capabilities that ensured a quick start for success.
